Essential Fitness has teamed up with local restaurants to bring you the Essential Choice Menu. Our Dietician, Traci Thompson, has reviewed the menu's of some of our favorite restaurants and selected the healthiest, lowest calorie picks and provided you with tips for ordering.

Team Training Descriptions

  • Bosu Basics - Teach your muscles to react quickly and efficiently with a mix of strength, balance and core using every muscle in your body. A great workout for all levels.

  • Cross Training Essentials – Work on the skills necessary to improve your performance in every aspect of fitness. Sessions include a variety of fitness components such as cardio conditioning, functional strength, endurance, agility, plyometric exercises, balance and flexibility techniques.

  • Stability Ball – A total workout for every part of your body. Practice skills that enhance your balance, core and muscular strength. Everyone in this session has a ball!

  • Stretch and Tone – Decrease recovery time and increase the mobility of your muscles and joints. The relaxing stretches in this session will improve your flexibility and increase your capacity for safely performing your daily activities.

  • Golf Fitness - Learn how to shoot better on the back 9. Core and shoulder strengthening exercises that will help any golfer improve their game. Non-golfers can also benefit from this session.

  • Team Cardio – Need more motivation for a good cardio workout? Join us as we perform cardio exercises inside and outside on a variety of machines and running. Heart rate monitors highly recommended.

  • Circuit Training – Learn one of the most efficient techniques of fitness training. Participants will be guided through a series of stations with exercises focusing on strength, agility and conditioning.

  • Fitness Boxing – Participants will get to strap on gloves and relive some stress by punching a bag and mitts! Train like a boxer and get a fantastic cardio, core and shoulder workout
