Unlimited Membership
Members enjoy unlimited 55 minute Tandem Essential Training and unlimited Team Essential Training sessions. Members also receive an individualized fitness report and a team of highly qualified trainers to review your progress and make recommendations. It's the full compliment of our services delivered at a fraction of the cost of paying an independent trainer at a local gym.

Membership also includes First Steps, a one-on-one assessment and orientation program that tells us we need to know about your goals and abilities, setting the stage for your development.

Tandem Essential Training

Through our years of experience we have discovered that many people have more fun training with another person. This gave us the inspiration to create our Tandem Essential Training sessions.

Tandem participants schedule their workouts based on the sessions we recommend for them. Tandem Essential workouts focus on specific goals as two participants work together in a 55 minute session. This makes the sessions more effective and much more enjoyable.

Team Essential Training

Our Team Essential Training sessions focus on cardio fitness, muscle conditioning,core strength, balance and flexibility. Team sessions have a maximum of six participants. The energy is high as each participant gets a fantastic 55 minute workout! Team sessions are scheduled periodically throughout the day. Check our schedule for Team Essential Training times.

One-on-one Essential Training

Members or non-members can choose to work one-on-one with our highly skilled trainers to focus your efforts and reach your goals even faster. As with all our custom programs, our team of professional trainers collaborate to create a unique fitness program that will be your roadmap to fitness success.

  • Do I have to bring a tandem partner?

You just schedule for your appointment and we pair members up. It really doesn't matter if you are a fit athelete or new to exercise, our expert trainers will work with you within the limits of your current ability level to be sure you get the right workout.

  • Which sessions can I do as a member? How often should I come?

Membership is unlimited which means you can choose to do just Tandem sessions or just Team sessions or a combination of both. You can come as often as you like, but you will be working at the higher end of your physical limits much of the time and most people's bodies need a day between to recover. Two to three times per week seems to be the right amount of work that produces the best results for most people.

  • What if I’m not as fit as the other person in my session or what if I have a bad knee or back and can’t do everything?

Our trainers are some of the best Denver and they can easily adapt each session to each persons unique needs. Whether you have injuries, are just getting back in the game or if you're a seasoned pro our trainers will teach and guide you to the next level of fitness safely.
